The General Date Protection Regulation came in to effect on 25th May 2018.
Your privacy is very important to us. The privacy statement below will explain what personal data we will collect from you and how we will use it.
What we need:
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you, which will not include any special categories of personal information about you (often known as ‘sensitive personal date’). This information does however include the likes of:

Why we need to know it:
We need to know the basic personal date listed above in order to provide you with the services you have enquired about or engaged us to provide, along with our right to be recompensed in return for the services accordingly. If you do not provide this basic information, then we will be unable to provide the service you have requested.
We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide the services we have agreed to provide to you.
What we will do with your personal data:
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed only by our staff at Custom Fit Guards and Custom Fit Guards Hearing Ltd and no third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them with this.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely and more information is available from Richard Rice.
How long we keep it:
We will generally keep your personal data for a maximum of 5 years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained. There will be an ‘opt in’ scheme should you wish to receive any form of marketing from ourselves in the future.
